Bradshaw Roofing Contractors LLP is a family-run business based in Colchester, with over 20 years’ experience in the roofing trade. What started as a passion for doing a proper job has grown into a trusted local firm, but the values have not changed: honest advice, quality workmanship, and treating every customer’s home as if it were our own. We are pitched-roofing specialists at heart, and that craft runs through everything we do.

Because we are a family business rather than a faceless contractor, you deal with people who genuinely care about getting it right. We turn up when we say we will, we explain things in plain English, and we never pressure anyone into work they do not need. How we work

We have made the whole process as straightforward and stress-free as possible:

• Free, no-obligation survey – we come out, inspect the roof properly and assess what is really needed.
• Photographs of what we find – so you can see the issue for yourself and understand why work is or isn’t required.
• A clear, transparent quote – written down and itemised, with no vague figures or surprises added later.
• We handle everything – scaffolding and access, health and safety, and any contracts, so there is nothing for you to organise.

We stand behind our workmanship. All of our repairs come with a 3-year guarantee, and our new roofs, re-roofs and new-build roofing are backed by a 10-year guarantee.
